On a marketplace your client becomes their user, you sit in a list next to your competitors, and you pay them for every booking. Here the site is yours, on your own domain, your clients stay yours, and the price is the same however many appointments you have. Plenty of salons keep both: the marketplace so someone new finds them, their own site for regulars.

There are good local platforms, but they all give you the same thing: a booking page, with your logo and colours over the same template every other salon of theirs has. We build a site that looks like yours, with several genuinely different looks, on your own domain.

Yes, the first 14 days, and we do not ask for a card. Open an account and the salon is yours straight away. If you decide to stop, the trial just runs out. There is no notice period and no bill afterwards.

A few minutes. As soon as you open an account and enter your salon name, the site is live at its own address. It already has services and opening hours in it, which you then change to your own, and a guide takes you through it step by step.

Yes. Until you connect it, your salon runs at an address like yoursalon.zakazano.rs. When you want your own domain, you enter it in the panel and set one record with whoever you bought it from. The rest is on us, certificate and renewals included.

On the Salon+ plan you say what we should build next and it goes into the plan. And if you want something only yours, we set up a separate instance and build features in it for your salon, by agreement.

No. A name and a phone number, and that is it. The whole booking flow takes about 20 seconds on a phone.

They see the confirmation on screen the moment they book, with a button that puts the appointment into their phone calendar. From there the phone reminds them, and the same entry holds the link they use to cancel or reschedule. On a plan with messages they also get a text confirmation and a text reminder — we send those ourselves, and they are part of the price.

We handle the migration. You send us an export from your current platform (or give us access) and we bring over your clients, upcoming appointments and your service list with prices. We do it during the trial, before you pay anything, so you are never paying for two systems at once. If an export is not possible, get in touch and we will see what can be done — at worst we bring over the client list.

You top up in the panel, by card, and they resume immediately. We sell them at cost, 2 dinars per message, with no markup from us. Messages are valid until the end of the current cycle — both included and topped up — so the count renews each cycle and nothing carries over. Until you top up, everything else works as normal and nothing is lost: clients still book, appointments still arrive, only the text messages stop.
