We are not a software company that stumbled into salons by accident. Years in permanent makeup and beauty taught us what a salon day looks like: a phone full of messages, bookings kept in notebooks and Instagram DMs, and clients who never show up.

Frequently asked
How is this different from marketplace booking platforms?
On a marketplace, your clients become their users, you are listed next to your competitors, and you pay a commission on every booking. Here you get your own website on your own domain, your clients stay yours, and the price is fixed. Plenty of salons keep both: the marketplace for new clients, their own site for regulars.
How is this different from other local booking platforms?
There are good local platforms, but they all offer a generic booking page or a widget: your logo and colours over the same template as every other client of theirs. We build you a real, individually designed website, with several genuinely different visual directions rather than a reskin of one template, on your own domain.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, the first 14 days are free and no card is required. Open an account and the salon is yours straight away. If it does not suit you, there is nothing to do: the trial simply expires, with no notice period and no hidden costs.
How long until the website works?
A few minutes. As soon as you open an account and enter your salon name, the site is live at its own address, with suggested services and opening hours that you then adjust to your own. A guide takes you through it step by step.
What if I cannot set it up myself?
Get in touch and we will do it for you. We go into your panel, add your services, prices and hours, and walk through everything together in ten minutes. That is included and never charged separately.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Until you connect it, your salon runs at an address like yoursalon.zakazano.rs. When you want your own domain, you enter it in the panel and set one record with your registrar, and we handle the rest. The certificate and its renewal are on us.
What if I need something specific?
Salon+ subscribers propose features that go into the platform's roadmap. And if you want something exclusively yours, there is the option of a custom setup on its own instance: features developed for your salon alone, by agreement.
Do clients have to create accounts?
No. A name and a phone number, and that is it. The whole booking flow takes about 20 seconds on a phone.
How does a client get a confirmation without SMS?
On screen the moment they book, with a button to add the appointment to their phone calendar and a link they can use to cancel or reschedule themselves. For salons that need SMS, Viber or WhatsApp, there is the Salon+ plan: we set up the channel of your choice, and you pay the cost of the messages at the provider's rate. We do not add a margin on messages, only on the platform.
Is the data mine, and what happens if I cancel?
Entirely yours. Your domain, your website, your clients. Exporting everything (clients, appointments, history) is one click away at any time, not just when you cancel. There is no commitment, no hidden cost, and no lock-in.
